Good afternoon, I am at 14 court hearings, 7 judges, my wife has had 3 llegal companies, we have a 16.4 guardian for my daughter , (that used up a further 7 months) they have had also 3 legal companies 2 years I have seen my daughter 3 times once in a contact centre , I went 5 times my wife went 4 times she refused to allow me to see my daughter the other 3 times even although her solicitors had said everthing is OK . Also my daughter wanted to see me and her siblings but her mother refused her.
the second two times at core contact services run by Cafcass although they will say its all independant. Even the Core Services reports are not written by the Core witnessess/guards. So who does write them? It all comes on Cafcass headed note paper draw your own conclusions.
With two witnessess(guards) to check if I am OK.
My daughter does not want to see me or her 4 brothers and sisters all who live with me ever again until she is 18 (she is 8 now).
Two of her sisters are not mine but are her mothers from a previous relationship that she left with me when she ran with my daughter.
Cafcass are shocking they lie and are easily caught out , they are arogant use various data such as Duluth Caada dash Sturge Glazer all of which target Domestic violence of which there was none at all and my wife has hand written a letter to support this. I t is all done I think to support the Cafcass hypothesis of bad fathers and abuse of which in my case has not happened.
Do not forget the money that is attached to a child and the housing etc always a good reason to put plans into action. In excess of £500 P/M in cash plus benefits. for one child.

Sorry to inform you, but as reported by OFSTED cafcass are Inadequate.
Comically the Cafcass report for the West Midlands detailed 8 keys area’s as inadequate, yet had the management running the staff as satisfactory. Yeah, the ships sinking but hey Captain what a fine job you are doing!!!

It isn’t madness, just plain incompetance. Most of the staff were drafted in from the social services and welfare offices, and had full experience with disfunctional and socially inept parents, however no experience in divorce. They lumped the two together and hence, any query from a mother is considered as guilty until proven innocent.

I spoil my two daughters too, whenever i get to see them. My role has been reduced to one of grandparent. 8 years and counting.
