Take the example of Buttler-Sloss where she clearly admits to blatantly breaking the law and nothing happened – Judges not only disregard the law but are regularly breaking it without being pulled up for it. There are many such examples which only goes to prove that the system is not interested in putting things right because too many crooks have made living out of the divorce industry. Government as the highest power of law in the country is also turning a blind eye to the issue and desperately trying to sweep under the carpet any/all complaints.

Saddest thing about it all is however that when there is an attempt made to very publicly highlight the problems (Len Miskulin Parliament Square hunger strike – https://www.dottal.org/LBDUK
NOT one fathers/children’s rights support group or individual has offered ANY support although many have been contacted.

Our failure to progress lies in such backboneless behaviour of many of those who spend their time bitching on various email lists, blogs, forums etc. but are nowhere to be found when action is required. It appears that beer, football and TV come before the care for their children from the excuses that I have heard. Although it turns my stomach to admit it, I must agree with Mat O’conman – most fathers do not deserve to have anything to do with their children.

That one or two of the claims looked remarkably similar to claims my son’s mother had made – if you were a teacher and two kids gave in such similar work you’d swear a bit of cheating had gone on – was completely co-incidental. No, really, it must have been because she was a teacher and a teacher just wouldn’t do “that sort of thing”.

Fortunately the only people who appear to have believed her are the then head master, Angus Council (especially a senior education manager who has also done time as Acting Director of Education) and my son’s mother’s family including, I assume, the one who was a senior local teacher so would know that teachers never do anything wrong.
