I am sorry to hear your story but it is frighteningly very common in the UK and we must force the government to properly protect our children.

Thankyou for your support.

For the past 14 months I have had to stand by and watch my sons life being destroyed by the courts whilst trying to have contact with his son,. His ex partner has been totally unreasonable at every court hearing. My son has never been abusive or violent towards his son or his sons mother, very simply she has fallen out of love with my son and now has her second boyfriend this year. Why do the courts think it is ok for a total stranger to have more contact with my grandson than his own father does? Why is my grandson not allowed to see any of his paternal relatives? How is this in a childs best interest? Please let this new government keep to its promise to mend broken Britain by helping right the many wrongs in the family justice system.
