Comments on: Fathers’ Rights Hopefully Moving In Right Direction Under The New Coalition Government http://www.fathers-rights.co.uk/2010/06/fathers-rights-moving-direction-coalition-government/ campaigning for justice so our children are brought up by both parents Tue, 16 Oct 2012 20:04:31 +0000 hourly 1 https://wordpress.org/?v=5.3.17 By: Nick http://www.fathers-rights.co.uk/2010/06/fathers-rights-moving-direction-coalition-government/comment-page-1/#comment-2064 Tue, 16 Oct 2012 20:04:31 +0000 http://www.fathers-rights.co.uk/?p=274#comment-2064 The system has not improved nor have the people in it. I have been going through the mill for 3 years now. I have three boys and they all want to live with me. The mother has assaulted two of the boys and she has accused the oldest of all kinds of things that are lies. The Solicitor she uses will say anything in court and has lied frequently in court. We had a Barrister on her side ad we were able to talk and make some progress, as soon as the Solicitor got involved the pregress was completly stopped and back to square 1. I feel that Mothers are so important in the childs lives. This mother however has abused two of the boys. She has lied to them, she always puts her needs first. She is late for meeting times and regualrly changes meeting days despite CAFCASS stating this should not be done. The cild needs to have regualr contact and needs to know the routine. Two of the boys want nothing to do with her and are old enough to stand up and say it. The youngest is only 9 and despite wanting to live with his Brothers and not his mother we are involved in huge battles. There was a time when the mother was not going to fight for the youngest, she changed her mind. allot of the problem is the Solicitors can be less than moral and are seemingly working to line there pockets. Then you have 11 court cases and not once do you sit in front of the same judge or magistrate. The Right Honourable fails to read all of the notes and makes hugely inaccurate statements in court. I used to think the British Legal system was a fine thing, however now i realise it is far from it. In all of this the legal system is failing m children, it amounts to mental cruelty. However try to complain, Go to the SRA and they will ignore you also. The system is totally sexist, had i been a woman this would have been sorted out months and months ago. However just because i am a man and fighting for the children no one will make a decision in case it is wrong. If i were a woman they would automatically know it was the right decision for some reason. I have even spoken to my Solicitor and he has agreed if i were a woman it would have been alot simpler and most likely sorted out. This whole thing for men fighting for there children is a shambles. Will it change, seems not, what do the children want, not sure the government gives a damn frankly. we will keep wittering and the numbers will grow but will it make a diferance?

This countrys law lets the fathers down bad style. Every time the goverment says they will do something about it, they dont and they let the fathers down really badly. I dont think the goverment dont even care about f4j, what i really think all the politician’s who are male’s should wear skirts from now. For god sake you political men grow a bloody pair and get your head out of your lady’s arses and give us fathers equal rites. All the time the goverment lets us down why? What i dont get is what’s so hard about making this simple law for both parents. I believe if this law came out it will benefit both the parents and above all the child or children. Atleast then know one will have to suffer or go through horrible emotions that affect their healths and thier way of life all because they want to see their children. The law should be out a.s.a.p. it would benefit us all.It feels like the goverment dont want to do anything about it or do anything for genuine caring fathers who just wants the same rites as the mother.

will the change(if it happens) place the child in the sole care of a farther that has not neglected his children and not been to prison for it, or is it that the law protects such vulgar parents.. i love my son very much.we have a solid bond that will never be broken as the day he was born,i was the first to hold him and spent the first 4 hours with him, and at the moment, he is with his mum and i don’t trust her as i have stated, she has been to prison for neglect of children

They exist to divide and conquer, First they will clamp down on money for the children and second they will introduce another way of making us dads feel pain. Then as election time APPEARS, some miserable 4yrS down the road, they will again promise to help. THE SAME OLD TORRES ALWAYS CHEATING!!
