their also needs to be changes of the attitudes of the child services and councils actions in involvement with the families when suspected of harm to their children as a result of sick and twisted lies being told in referrals that more often than not become solid evidence of reason to social workers who then take steps in a joint effort with other professionals who are supposedly offering support to a families lifes when instead they are picking faults and finding weakness to exploit. with the intentions of destroying a family that ultimately causes massive emotional harm to the child. just because they are to scared to act on real child abuse cases. and this is a trait of all the councils child services policys in the uk. worst of it is they can repeatedly get away with it because they are never held accountable for the damage they cause by simply staiting that lessons will be learnt and changes made. that they then manipulate this situation to gaining more power to rouin families lifes. UK GOVERNMENT APPROVED WITH A PAT ON THE BACK. the system revolves around this sort of situation and has done for centuries even now heals are being dragged behind their tails. it will take a hell of a lot more then a few law changes to put this wrong rite. i fear my son may have forgotten who i even am by now.

I’ve just lost a long and lengthy cutosdy battle with my ex-wife. From the age of 2, my son as been living with me due to the abuse both he and I have been put through by her. I’ve been called a liar by social services, the police and cafcass who have all taken it upon themselves to call me this and say I’ve made up malicious allegations in order to keep my sons cutosdy, which destroyed the court case. In the case, I had a psychological evaluation on my ex-wife in 2009 which clearly states she is not fit to look after our son and that it was in his best interests to reside with me. It also recommends she seek professional help which she hasn’t done, even to this day. Instead last friday the magistrates through my evidence out of court calling it nitpicking and awarded cutosdy to my ex-wife by saying shes turned her life around but quite clearly is still showing signs of mental problems, attacking people randomly due to her condition and most importantly still abusing our son. My son quite simply cannot bare to spend time with her because of what shes done in the past and to this day. He states that he wishes she was dead and that he doesn’t want to see or speak to her at all. Yet the courts have now forced a situation where a 5 year old boy now has to live with his abuser, completely against his wishes and fears. Please help, I do not have grounds to appeal to the decision and in 4 weeks he will be taken from me and placed into my ex-wife’s care. Any information, advice or support will dearly be appreciated. Thank you for your time in reading this.

Children should have the love and support of both thier parents and extended family.
any women who excludes the father of her children from their lives does not have the children’s best interests at heart. But what of fathers who have all the access they could possible want but do not give any financial support to the up bringing of their chidren. they submit fruadulent tax returns and end of year accounts so they have a nil award from the CSA. the courts can’t help me. Reasonable women don’t have it all their way. I will not use my children as pawns.
