To anyone who will listen,

2.5 years down the line from seperating from my ex partner and I find myself (a 34yr old hard working professional, don’t drink, never ever touched drugs, obide by the law and just go about my business) about to be visited by Cafcass as part of their ‘Section 7’ report process. I started the court process some 3 months ago, with the aim of securing improved and indeed protected contact for me and my most amazing little 3.5yr old boy.

Can someone, anyone, please just re-assure me that there are success stories and that dad’s and their relationships with their children can be protected and respected by the system.

I have everything crossed….

I am the Chair of the organisation, MATCH.mothers.org. We pdivore support and Advice to Mothers apart from their children.Yes it may seem a shock but some mothers loose custody and get no right from their ex husband for seeing their children even though the court papers have ordered the contact. Fathers have fought loudly for the error of their ex wifes to be heard but we are an organisation nationally and internationally hearing from mothers in distress.Please feel free to see our website, and contact me for we are fighting for the same cause, that children have equal rights to access with both parents. Dear Dadzarmy
I am going though the family kangaroo courts at the moment. My 2 children Daughter 12 and son 13 have been kidnapped illegally by the ss once and myself and my partner are in court tomorrow Fri 12 Jan 2012 where I expect my poor children will be taken into care and be auctioned off for adoption. We are suing the local council in the high court for kidnapping my children without any orders or documentation. All this because my partner applied sun tan lotion to a girl a friend of my daughter who was in our care, almost 2 years ago on one of the hottest days of the year on record. The lies employed by ss using school teachers, nurses etc etc and lying in front of a family court judge and the judge listening to them is unbelievable.
This injustice must be stopped.
John Hemming MP is asking for submissions to him to lay before an Education Select Committee before the end of Jan 2012 in relation to the ss injustice.

The Family Courts are nothing more than Kangaroo Courts for the enrichment of Family Lawyers who have grown rich on the failures of the system. Parent Alienation Syndrome is rife with the Kangaroo Family Courts being the catalyst for this cancer in our society. We live in a society which legally discriminates in secret Courts were abuses of the Justice is rife and the perpetrators are nothing more than criminals.
