Hi, i split from my wife in July (via a message over Facebook) and up to start of September was have regular contact. She moved away and wouldn’t tell me where they went. I did some digging and found out where her new boyfriends mother lives and turned up there, she has been helpful and doesn’t agree with what my ex is doing, but after 2 visits, supervised by the boyfriends mother it has come to a stop and she got my son to phone me up saying not to arrange things through “nan” anymore. I don’t know where they live, what school they are at and have no contact numbers for them, i have never been violent or had affairs or anything, i am now waiting for the courts but she has already brainwashed the children.

Hello there, I have split from my partner in the last few months, and am looking for advice on how she lays down the law about when and how I see my 3yr old daughter. she is currently threatening to move hundreds of miles away, and says she will not help me out when it comes to access etc. I just wanted to say that I have read a lot of comments on here from users who are in a far worse situation than me, but you are all an absolute inspiration to me. I at least, do see my daughter, even though my ex is making it difficult for me currently, and threatens worse. I hope that you all continue fighting, stay strong for your sons and daughters and for yourselves, and manage to get the required result. Sending a fathers love to you all. Simon.

I’ve been trying to fight for my son for the past 2 years. Since i didn’t want my ex wife back after she had an affair i’m suddenly the nastiest person in the world. I haven’t seen my son for over 2 years now. Tried several times through the courts and spents thousands and still got nowhere. My son as been brainwashed so much he has said he don’t want to see me and the courts consider the wishes and feelings of the child. The only contact i have is by sending a letter and magazine once a month to him.

I know its easier said than done, but you have just got to carry on fighting, i am in the same position as you, i have been fighting the legal system for three years now, and its gets very streesfull, but for the sake of your son, you need to carry on, i am going to look at going to the europian courts of apeal soon, as it should come under your human rights act to have access to your children, sorry i cant be of any real help to you, but i hope as well as myself and everyone els on this site, that we all gets some sort of result soon, as women have it there way for far to long now, and the system really dose need to change.

i am presently fighting my ex to gain direct access to my 9 yr old son, the cafcass officer is submitting a report to continue in direct access following direct access given by my ex.

i have been fighting for most of my sons life to gain direct access but the courts seem unwilling to consider the fact that my ex is purposley alienating me and her actions are not cause for concern even though they are a form of abuse .

i’m back in court in early december and i feel once again i will be left without contact with my son .
what can i do to change the courts blinkered opinion

its affecting my life in an adverse way and i feel suicidal

i need help but my legal advisers are saying they are unable to help !

please advise
