I know its easier said than done, but you have just got to carry on fighting, i am in the same position as you, i have been fighting the legal system for three years now, and its gets very streesfull, but for the sake of your son, you need to carry on, i am going to look at going to the europian courts of apeal soon, as it should come under your human rights act to have access to your children, sorry i cant be of any real help to you, but i hope as well as myself and everyone els on this site, that we all gets some sort of result soon, as women have it there way for far to long now, and the system really dose need to change.
i am presently fighting my ex to gain direct access to my 9 yr old son, the cafcass officer is submitting a report to continue in direct access following direct access given by my ex.
i have been fighting for most of my sons life to gain direct access but the courts seem unwilling to consider the fact that my ex is purposley alienating me and her actions are not cause for concern even though they are a form of abuse .
i’m back in court in early december and i feel once again i will be left without contact with my son .
what can i do to change the courts blinkered opinion
its affecting my life in an adverse way and i feel suicidal
i need help but my legal advisers are saying they are unable to help !
please advise
