    Best thing you can do is make sure you are alright. Eating & sleeping properly not drinking or doing drugs. You know her better than anyone who could advise you. You got on well enough wirh her at one time. As I am sure you know – going to court wont help anyone except those who are paid to be there. Go & meet some of the other dads in your area. Do what ever you can to help. Understanding what is wrong with the law is a good start. Then you need to undertsand how all the others operate. We need to use the court to fight for our human rights & sue the hell out of them given that nobody in the system is ever going to question what pays them so well.

    Hello I divorced my partner after jus 3 years because she just use me to get a british passport and along the way we had a child. She doesnt let me see my child or when I call her mobile phone she doesnt answer. She hasnt got any legal rights to do this as we didnt get the courts involved but even then I will have access to my daughter. This is causing my severe depression and I am worried about my daughter as I love her so much she is my world. Please can some one guide me, what can I do?
